We like to put some ‘love’ in our properties and often mix modern and classic furniture pieces to give our places some homely charm.

Easy to get to the place of work, yet in a desirable location with good amenities nearby? We believe life is best with a good balance of work and leisure. so we often look for properties with pleasant views or close to pleasant scenery for uplifting the soul, but if you have different wishes, we aim to please!

ADELLE
Managing Director and Spatial Designer
Adelle has had a passion for designing property since primary school
– where she drew imaginary house layouts on the school yard!
She has formal training in Interior / spatial design and loves envisioning ways to rejuvenate tired spaces,
maximise every bit of space in small properties, and adding value to property.
Adelle is truly passionate about service excellence and has won numerous accolades for outstanding service throughout her career, plus International, National, Regional Awards for service excellence in self-employment
Adelle is especially fond of hospitality – having previously had an award-winning weddings and events business,
and, having worked internationally as a Yacht hostess, she has a good idea what makes guests happy.
She says “I get my biggest buzz from putting a smile on people’s faces and making customers feel valued”

ANDREW
(That’s his Sunday name – better known as ‘Handy Andy’)
Director and Property Consultant
Andy spent some of his childhood years growing up in Canada – and says he painted his first house at age 8!
He has been a general builder, plumber, tiler, general property fixer guy since his youth and has worked on a wide variety of property projects – from being a trusted tradesman for local authority housing schemes and disability adaptations; working with private clients with investment portfolios; through to large companies across the UK.
He is proud to say that he has rarely advertised for business.
Most of his work has come from personal recommendations, and repeat clients have often kept him busy.
He has many years of experience and extensive knowledge to bring to the table.
He is the property consultant, advisor for all technical matters

Our home away from home! Adelle couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome.
