Hotels are often not the nicest places to spend time in – especially if your employer is paying and they want low cost.
So, unless you have big budget, four walls close by and contract furniture are usually pretty depressing.
Times are changing though!
For the same price as many hotels you can have an entire place to yourself, or to share with friends or colleagues. (sometimes costing far less than many hotels!)

Our serviced accommodation apartments / houses have a fully equipped kitchen, so you can do your own cooking if you please, or at least eat that takeaway on proper plates at a nice dining table!
Comfy furniture to stretch out on, a large TV, and some of our apartments even have Xbox for entertainment whilst you are away from family and friends.
Of course, it goes without saying that we install decent broadband for great Wifi – so you can work or play from the accommodation.
Guests can come and go as they please – most of our apartments have a lockbox and so guests can arrive anytime after the check-in time.
We try to choose locations that are good for relaxation too – nice walks and things to do nearby, restaurants, take-aways and shopping amenities close by.

Just 25 minutes to central Manchester by Train, and approx 30-40 minutes by car, depending on time of day.
Ideally placed for Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale – just 10 minute drive.
Also ideally placed for contractors travelling to different parts of the North West – it takes just 7 minutes to get to M62 for ease of travel to Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, York etc.
And just 10 minute walk to train station for regular trains to Manchester, York – even London is a simple journey by train from here.
